We were delighted to win the Project Award at the Resource Management Law Association Awards 2024 for Titanium Park Precinct North Private Plan Change 20 (Waikato) – demonstrating excellence in planning for the delivery of strategic urban growth while also achieving biodiversity outcomes.
Private Plan Change 20 will see urban development come to life at the business park – which is adjacent to Hamilton Airport – as well as providing economic and employment benefits.
The plan change also enabled us to significantly protect and enhance the long-term habitat of the nationally critical long-tailed bat, (the Pekapeka), a taonga species.
